About the Role: Customer Service Relationship Specialist

As a Customer Service Relationship Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents. You'll handle a variety of inbound telephone calls, addressing insurance-related questions, inquiries, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance the customer experience
  • Take ownership of each caller's needs, utilizing every touchpoint as an opportunity to build value and the blithequark brand
  • Assist customers over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Learn insurance products and processes in a training environment, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and growth
  • Commit to the training and work schedule, ensuring a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel as a Customer Service Relationship Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Empathy and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingualism is a plus

Technical Requirements:

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:

  • High-speed broadband internet service (minimum upload/download speeds of 10Mbps/100 Mbps)
  • An internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway hardwired to the blithequark-issued computer with an Ethernet cable
  • A dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
