About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing outstanding support to our customers and clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a full remote opportunity, available to candidates based in the United States, with a focus on weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) and a start time of either 2 PM or 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Create lifelong customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, providing empathetic and solution-focused support.
  • Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of challenges.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a clear and articulate telephone voice, and excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office, and various cloud-based platforms, such as Salesforce, with proficiency in data entry and word processing.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to maintaining the reputation of blithequark and our clients.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a proven track record of success in a self-directed setting.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in a range of software applications and systems, including CRM and helpdesk platforms.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of customers.
