Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing computer software and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion

Essential Qualifications:

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers and email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center environment

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and experience handling difficult customer situations
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

Schedule and Work Environment:

We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

As a work-from-home representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a dedicated workspace that meets blithequark's technical and security requirements. You will also be required to have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
