We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

  • Service inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and executives to understand their needs and suggest the right blithequark products and services.
  • Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the features, benefits, and different components of blithequark's products and services.
  • Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a high-volume, organized client care environment.
  • Document essential record data according to established policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate integrity by complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in a client support and sales environment (2 years+).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an online environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience working in a similar industry or role.
  • Advanced knowledge of blithequark's products and services.
  • Experience working in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
