Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
