What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional service
• Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pet parents
