Job Summary
As a Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient and account data into our internal accounting system, utilizing text-based and numerical information from our hospital system.
- Document Editing and Creation: Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service to hospital partners, patients, attorneys, and other agencies working with our patient population.
- HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to strict HIPAA guidelines to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Qualifications and Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Exchange email required.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, including friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness.
- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and client staff members.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Remote Work Requirements: A home internet connection that meets blithequark's upload and download speed criteria is required for remote and hybrid positions.
