About the Role:

As a Customer Service Associate – Consumer at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your exceptional customer service skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a dynamic team that resolves support issues for high-value clients via telephone, IM, and email, supporting major client groups in banking, payments, and investments. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide top-notch customer service to high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

  • Assist with account and product inquiries, while performing account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Establish a professional rapport with each client, fostering trust and loyalty
  • Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and utilize tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently

What You'll Need:

* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with above-average computer abilities
  • High school diploma or GED, with experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
  • Banking experience is a plus, but not required
