The Role

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support to customers through various social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or customer service

* Experience working in the automotive or technology industry
