Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll work closely with our team members to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Resolve customer complaints and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team members to provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with our team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or food service environment

  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
