About the Role:

- Access support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries, ensuring seamless escalation and resolution.
- Complete a comprehensive training program before starting work, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role.
- Work independently, following provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in your interactions.
- Be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and peak periods.
