The Role

As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our High-Level Examination, Content Group, working closely with our content team to apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Applying advanced examination strategies (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to inform business decisions
• Analyzing client behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecasting content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Enhancing our content launch and episode release strategy
• Testing marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideating and developing new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and key navigation
• Providing specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicating significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in data visualization and communication, with the ability to effectively convey complex results to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to tackle complex problems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate results through verbal, written, and visual communication
