Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our website and social media channels. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Providing feedback and insights to help improve our products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access online chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
