Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Selling and executing promotions to grow sales and increase brand visibility
  • Securing placement of equipment and utilizing point-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales growth
  • Transporting and replacing POS advertising and inventory levels to ensure optimal product display and rotation
  • Restocking and building displays, sections, and racks to maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
  • Maintaining backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day to optimize storage and reduce waste
  • Supporting the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Performing other duties as assigned to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and manage inventory
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the beverage industry or a related field
