Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from store partners and customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Create tickets with detailed information from calls for follow-up purposes
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and provide solutions to common issues
  • Follow written instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Handle forms and requests from service providers in a efficient and effective manner
  • Demonstrate excellent note-taking and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on customer issues

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and technology, including CRM systems and telephony platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups and populations
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as retail management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as Customer Service Certification (CSC) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
