Job Overview

In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you will be the voice of blithequark, creating meaningful connections with our customers and driving sales growth. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our products and services. Your goal will be to deliver effective and timely resolutions, while also meeting monthly sales goals and promoting an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication
  • Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of blithequark's products and services
  • Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries
  • Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution
  • Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements
  • Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, including air cards, USB devices, and blithequark-provided software and applications

Work from Home Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • A workspace that meets blithequark's Work from Home (WFH) standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements
  • Participation in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, and pictures of workspace setup
  • Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, following technical support processes and complying with organizational security and compliance standards

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred
