Job Overview
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients located in the San Antonio, Texas area. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients in the CST time zone. Our company is located in San Antonio, Texas, USA, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch support and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner
- Assist customers with questions related to roofing services, warranties, quotes, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set time limits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide informed support to our clients
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a calm demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

* Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software
