What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from business owners and leaders, understanding their needs, and recommending the right blithequark solutions to meet their requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior team members
  • Building strong relationships with clients through active listening, consultative selling, and conflict resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including account information and sales data
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor analysis to provide informed solutions and recommendations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Experience with sales, account management, and relationship-building
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
