Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating the chat widget on our website, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Assisting visitors with a range of topics, including but not limited to:

+ Discount codes and promotions + Refund policies and procedures + Product information and features + Technical support and troubleshooting

  • Utilizing a comprehensive document with answers to common questions to ensure consistency and accuracy in your responses
  • Collaborating with a supervisor to address more complex queries and provide escalated support
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, even in challenging situations

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment, with minimal supervision
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours depending on your schedule
  • A reliable internet connection and access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
