Job Summary

We are seeking experienced customer service and appointment setting professionals to join our team as work-from-home agents. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients and their customers, using your exceptional communication and sales skills to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments with clients and their customers using your exceptional communication and sales skills
  • Meet or exceed sales and appointment setting targets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Experience with appointment setting and sales
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
  • Certification in customer service or sales
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
