Responsibilities

As a Fully Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing the Knowledge Base provided to ensure consistency and accuracy in your responses.
  • Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution.

  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger, with the ability to navigate and utilize various platforms.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, and a reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
