Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to be a part of one of the leading airlines in the world. As a Remote Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, including booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing general questions about blithequark services.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, making reservations, and changing travel plans
  • Providing accurate information about blithequark services, policies, and procedures
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency

Requirements
