Job Description

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and pleasant travel experience, from booking to departure. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand values and delivering personalized support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly, providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and other travel-related queries.

  • Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and modifications to their travel plans, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Update customer records and document interactions as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements
