Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Utilizing multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy
  • Initiating new service order requests, coordinating and tracking product/service installation processes, and providing order activity updates to the Sales Support Manager or Supervisor
  • Supporting and leading ad hoc projects generated by blithequark Sales Channels, preparing reports as requested, and drafting routine client and customer correspondence
  • Educating customers on blithequark products and services, responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources
  • Completing special operational and client projects as assigned, acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility, with a strong background in data entry and intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with payroll and commission processing is a plus, although not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll and commission processing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and reports
