About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Ramp Agent. As a key member of our airport team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling ramp operations, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers and their belongings. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform ramp operations, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshaling aircraft, and pushing back planes.
  • Conduct safety inspections and prepare aircraft for departure.
  • Assist with boarding and door operations, making announcements, and processing standby and upgrade requests.
  • Process and secure passenger baggage, handling claims and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, reach, and handle.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or community service experience.
