Your Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing and sales team to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner
• Drafting answers to product questions and providing clear, concise information to clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to clients
• Analyzing customer feedback and using insights to inform product development and improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
• 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in customer relationship management

Time Commitments
