Job Overview

In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in optimizing logistics operations for our vendors. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting will be essential in ensuring the success of our logistics operations. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and refreshing logistics data for designated vendors, detecting and addressing any local delivery or vendor-related concerns, and engaging in proactive communication with vendors to rectify issues and modify delivery timelines as needed.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently oversee and refresh logistics data for designated vendors: Ensure precision and timeliness in updating logistics data for our vendors, utilizing your attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Detect and address any local delivery or vendor-related concerns: Proactively identify and address any issues that may impact logistics operations, ensuring uninterrupted operations and timely delivery of goods.
• Engage in proactive communication with vendors: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, communicating effectively to rectify issues and modify delivery timelines as needed.
• Escalate complex challenges to supervisors as appropriate: Collaborate with supervisors to ensure rapid resolution of complex challenges, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to amend any discrepancies in merchant data: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies in merchant data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our logistics operations.
