Your Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for:
  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to address their questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service through active listening, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Handling Confidential Customer Information: Treat customer information with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Resolving Issues Proactively: Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and responsive.
  • Communicating Effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate with customers, escalating interactions when necessary.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: Record and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback on call issues to improve service quality.

Qualifications

We're seeking fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Ability to Work Remotely: Comfortable working in a virtual team environment.
  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Age and Education: Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in desktop computer systems, Windows operating systems, and typing (25 wpm minimum).
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, logical problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate complex situations.

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
  • Internet Connection Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: No packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: Required to ensure a stable and reliable connection.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
