About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting blithequark's purpose and values
• Research, respond to, or interpret company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide customer service that upholds our goals of delivery through the execution of our customer relations strategy
• Utilize advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications, to efficiently manage customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date.

Essential Qualifications

• Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont
• Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date
• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
• Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
• Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery
• Bilingual Spanish skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to start, with a pay range of $17.00 - $31.30.
