Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive sales growth and client satisfaction
- Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to discuss client needs and provide solutions
- Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
- Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive business growth
- Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure timely and effective resolution of their needs
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Must be a US or Canadian citizen
