Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive sales growth and client satisfaction
  • Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to discuss client needs and provide solutions
  • Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
  • Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts to drive business growth
  • Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio to ensure timely and effective resolution of their needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Must be a US or Canadian citizen

* Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and Zoom (or similar platforms), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to form and grow solid relationships with client accounts, with a focus on building trust and delivering value
