What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solving users' demands in a timely and efficient manner
• Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients
• Understanding the customer profile and maintaining appropriate communication in relation to it
• Ensuring contractual SLAs are maintained
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their products

Your Qualifications

blithequark is a great match if you:

• Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish with advanced English
• Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment, as well as teamwork skills
• Possess customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution
• Have initiative and a willingness to receive training and adapt to new situations
• Have proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry
• Are passionate about fashion and have knowledge of the latest fashion trends
• Have experience in E-commerce client service (after purchase)
• Possess emotional intelligence, allowing you to identify customers' problems and solve them in an empathetic way
• Have experience with Payment Method platforms
• Are familiar with CRM software
