Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, customers, and healthcare professionals through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to resolve customer inquiries, process prescriptions, and provide accurate information about our products and services. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, customers, and healthcare professionals through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Process prescriptions, answer customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Work closely with our pharmacy team to resolve customer issues, process prescriptions, and provide support with medication-related questions.
  • Utilize our pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, process prescriptions, and manage customer information.
  • Handle high-volume customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and pharmacy operations.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Basic computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online.
  • Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing documents.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
