Job Summary

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to join our team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing empathetic support to customers who have fallen victim to potential bank account fraud. This is a 100% remote position, and we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to lost or stolen bank accounts

  • File disputes and shut down debit cards for safety
  • Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps (No Wifi)
  • Android (OS 8.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 13 or higher) Smartphone
  • Ability to problem solve

* 1 year of customer service experience

  • Experience working in a remote call center environment
