Description

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enjoying the flexibility to create your own work schedule. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and data entry, as well as organizing and coordinating virtual meetings, appointments, and team activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent administrative support, including: + Managing emails and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Scheduling appointments and meetings with customers and internal stakeholders + Data entry and record-keeping to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

  • Assist customers through various channels, including:

+ Phone support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns + Email support to provide detailed responses and solutions + Chat support to engage with customers in real-time and provide immediate assistance

  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and team activities, including:

+ Scheduling and managing virtual meetings and appointments + Coordinating team activities and events to promote collaboration and engagement

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, documents, and reports, including:

+ Maintaining customer records and databases + Preparing and submitting reports to management and stakeholders

  • Offer basic technical support and troubleshooting as needed, including:

+ Resolving technical issues and providing troubleshooting assistance to customers + Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage, including:

+ Providing product training and support to customers + Developing and delivering training materials and resources

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, including:

+ Handling sensitive customer information and data with discretion and care + Maintaining a professional demeanor and tone in all customer interactions

  • Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience, including:

+ Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns + Participating in team meetings and activities to promote collaboration and engagement

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards, including:

+ Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures + Participating in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
