About the Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to expert for all things related to our products and services, providing personalized support and guidance to help customers navigate our complex healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
