Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working diligently with our clients' customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your goal will be to achieve one call resolution, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our clients and their customers. You will be empowered to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, using your unique set of skills to drive customer satisfaction.

Brand Champion Skillset
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent Communications skills
- Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
- Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
