A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work diligently with customers, providing solutions to their queries, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your expertise will enable you to own all customer interactions, with a goal of one call resolution. You will end each day satisfied, knowing that you have made a positive impact on a customer's life.

Requirements
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent Communications skills
- Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
- Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
