Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer inquiries, responding to routine customer questions and concerns, and identifying and assessing customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage and maintain a customer "Sales lead" database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company's products, processes, and services through on-the-job education and training
  • Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities
  • Perform all duties assigned by management as a Customer Service Representative

Qualifications & Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written, and in-person interactions
  • Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Creative, patient, and compassionate to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Mac
  • Pass a background check
  • Pest Control customer service experience preferred
