About the Role

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, and/or through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service support, resolving routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Offer additional products and services to customers
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. The following qualifications are required:

  • A associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or technical certification
  • Fluency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
  • A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided, but this is not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
  • Technical certifications or specialized training in customer service or a related field
