About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and passionate Customer Support Representatives to join our team. As a customer support representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients and their customers. You will be the face of our company, representing blithequark in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers using documentation and a variety of digital tools and communication channels
  • Answer technical questions about multiple platforms, including web and mobile apps, using email, chat, and calls
  • Become an expert in our clients' products and customers by attending trainings, researching, and reviewing documentation
  • Work to meet and exceed productivity and quality goals, sharing suggestions for customer experience improvements with your team and client
  • Represent blithequark in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that our clients and their customers receive exceptional support

What We Look For

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a service-oriented professional with a drive to provide an amazing experience to customers. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus. You'll need to be able to troubleshoot independently, quickly learn new software tools, and be an organized communicator who delivers quick and precise responses.

Essential Qualifications

  • A strong score on an English proficiency test
  • Ability to work full-time between the hours of 7:00 am – 1:00 am EST, with availability to work Saturday or Sunday
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • A high level of empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle challenging situations with optimism and diligence
  • A respectful and collaborative person who is comfortable with change and the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing startup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Familiarity with digital tools and communication channels, such as email, chat, and calls
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and technologies
  • Additional languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences
