Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve a variety of topics and concerns
  • Conducting thorough research to identify and implement effective solutions to customer issues
  • Utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our computer systems

  • Working flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
  • Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
