Job Summary

As a freelance Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and advocacy to clients across various communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, requests, orders, or applications. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and questions about specific products or services, modifying and escalating complaints as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services

  • Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive support and advocacy

Requirements

* Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent writing skills and email etiquette
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Skills

* 1 year of chat support experience preferred

  • CRM/support tool experience a plus
  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
