Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding new customers to our service through our defined onboarding process
- Answering questions related to blithequark's offerings and service
- Providing customer support via Zoom, phone, email, and online chat
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource, ensuring the customer need is resolved
- Managing and updating the knowledge base and related customer support documents
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Great interpersonal skills – you love working with people and building strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
- Comfortable with the basics of internet technology and small business online marketing
- Knowledge of insurance and financial services is a plus but not required
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented
- Stress tolerant (don't worry, 99% of our customers are really nice)
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, being self-motivated and organized
