You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer accounts, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and address concerns

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and their accounts are up-to-date
  • Upload and fax documents as required, maintaining accurate and secure records
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services, including credit repair and credit counseling, to provide informed guidance and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with credit repair and credit counseling services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
