Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our plan members, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their pharmacy benefit plans are understood and utilized effectively. You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and resolve issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions - Provide exceptional service and support to plan members to ensure their pharmacy benefit plans are understood and utilized effectively - Resolve issues and concerns related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions - Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients - Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise - Offer solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience for plan members - Learn more about healthcare and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers (call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications - Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience - At least 6 months of healthcare experience - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
