  • Manage customer interactions, including scheduling appointments and gathering information from patients and providers
  • Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Participate in paid remote training and online educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Active listening skills and the ability to adapt to different personality types
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
  • Internet service and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory
