Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator is a critical role that requires a unique blend of customer service, technical, and communication skills. As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for creating and finalizing service tickets, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will work closely with our parts department, service technicians, and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Create a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service

  • Answering and transferring phones on our multi-line phone system
  • Solving customer issues by scheduling service appointments and finalizing service tickets
  • Accurately documenting service technician's diagnosis and parts used
  • Communicate with customers regarding part orders, appointments, and service follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with support, sales, service, installation, and delivery staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Lead and Customer Engagement Leader

Requirements

* Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Acute attention to detail and follow-up of issues
  • Thrives in a team and results-driven environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role

Compensation & Benefits

* Full-time, weekend availability needed

  • Pay: $17.50 an hour
  • Eligible for bonus and/or profit sharing
  • Benefits:

  • Experience level: 1 year
  • Shift: 8 hour shift, day shift
  • Weekly day range: Monday to Friday, Saturday rotation (once every 4-5 weeks)
  • Work setting: Remote work from home after training period
  • Training Location: Brunswick, OH 44212
