Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist – Pet Parent Advocate, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assisting customers in navigating the website and placing orders.
  • Resolving product and service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Proactively recommending additional products that may benefit the customer.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
