Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for our community members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Deleting messages that violate our community guidelines and rules.
- Banning users who have repeatedly violated our community guidelines and rules.
- Muting users who have violated our community guidelines and rules.
- Investigating reports made by users about violations of our community guidelines and rules.
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to our community members.
Pay and Benefits
As a part-time remote employee, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $12.50 per hour. Our pay cycle is weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
