Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers through our ticketing system
  • Opening and submitting tickets for review by our Help Desk technicians
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and ensuring timely updates
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions
  • Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in IT Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required, but highly preferred)
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications
